Anthony Laou Hine Tsuei is a seasoned cybersecurity expert formerly with Tencent Keen Lab. Recognized as one of Microsoft's top security researchers in 2019, he specializes in uncovering vulnerabilities and bypassing mitigations in Linux and Android devices (Samsung, Xiaomi, etc.). He was a speaker at Microsoft's BlueHat conference, where he discussed his work on the Windows Subsystem for Linux V1.
